1. Overview
Lessonbay provides Lessonbay SCORM Player, a free WordPress plugin distributed on WordPress.org, and Lessonbay SCORM Player Pro, a paid add-on sold on this site, for running Storyline, Rise and other SCORM content in LearnDash.
By using our plugin or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
- Lessonbay SCORM Player Pro is licensed on an annual subscription basis
- Each license is valid for the selected number of sites
- An active license is required to use Pro features
3. License expiration
Upon license expiration:
- Pro features will stop functioning
- Access to Pro updates will be disabled
Support remains available via email.
4. Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- All activity under your account
5. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe.
We do not store payment details.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Plugin usage
You agree:
- Not to bypass or attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms
- Not to redistribute Lessonbay SCORM Player Pro
8. Third-party dependencies
This plugin depends on:
- WordPress
- LearnDash LMS
- Lessonbay SCORM Player (required by Lessonbay SCORM Player Pro)
We are not affiliated with LearnDash, Liquid Web or Articulate.
Compatibility is not guaranteed across all environments.
9. User content
You are responsible for all content uploaded to your website, including:
- SCORM packages
- Storyline exports
We are not responsible for the content or behavior of these files.
10. Disclaimer
The plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Compatibility with all themes or plugins
- Uninterrupted operation
- Error-free performance
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Compatibility issues
- Indirect or consequential damages
12. Data responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Your website data
- Backups
- Legal compliance (including GDPR)
